Cat and dog surgeries are a major component of your pet’s care. At Bayshore Veterinary Hospital, we provide a wide range of surgical services including:

Dog and cat surgical procedures are performed by Dr. Moniello and Dr. Raicer and are scheduled Monday through Thursday. Emergency surgeries are arranged on an as-needed basis.
Dog and Cat Surgical Tools
All cat and dog surgeries at Bayshore Veterinary Hospital are performed under state-of-the-art surgical monitoring. We require all of our patients to have pre-surgical bloodwork to ensure that they are healthy enough for anesthesia. While a patient is in surgery, they are monitored by Surgical Veterinary Technicians, utilizing advanced monitoring tools to track their vitals.
We have a separate surgical holding area in full view of our veterinarian’s offices facilitating observation as they recover from anesthesia. Additionally, closed circuit cameras allow patients to be viewed from multiple locations throughout the building.
