Bayshore Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team. We’re hoping to find someone who enjoys connecting with clients, caring for patients, and being part of a team that works together to make each day run smoothly.
This could be a great fit if you have a few years of veterinary experience, enjoy staying busy, and want to bring your skills to a welcoming practice where your contribution matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
Our Veterinary Technicians are an important part of the care we provide each day. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting veterinarians during appointments
- Helping with patient handling and routine clinical care
- Filling prescriptions accurately
- Preparing for appointments and helping keep the schedule moving
- Communicating with clients and fellow team members
- Keeping treatment and work areas organized
- Jumping in to support the team wherever needed
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to meet someone who:
- Has 2–3 years of veterinary technician experience
- Is available to work weekends
- Is dependable, organized, and comfortable in a busy veterinary setting
- Communicates well with clients and coworkers
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
Experience with Cornerstone veterinary software is a plus, but it is not required.
Bayshore Veterinary Hospital is looking for a caring, dependable Kennel/Veterinary Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with animals, staying active, and helping wherever needed throughout the hospital.
You do not need years of veterinary experience to apply. If you’re responsible, willing to learn, and comfortable caring for dogs and cats, we’re happy to provide training and help you build your skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role combines boarding care, hospital support, and day-to-day cleaning responsibilities. Your duties may include:
- Feeding, walking, and caring for boarding pets
- Helping keep boarders comfortable and their spaces clean
- Assisting veterinary technicians as needed
- Cleaning kennels, treatment areas, and shared spaces
- Turning over exam rooms between appointments
- Helping keep the hospital clean, stocked, and organized
- Providing walks and animal care on weekends and holidays
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to meet someone who:
- Is at least 18 years old
- Is dependable and comfortable working with dogs and cats
- Is willing to help with cleaning and physical tasks throughout the day
- Works well with others and is happy to lend a hand
- Is eager to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Can help with weekend and holiday animal care
Previous kennel, animal care, or veterinary experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person.
