My passion for animals and education has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It wasn’t a surprise, when in 6 th grade, I made the decision to pursue a career in Veterinary Medicine, and I never waivered!
We are fortunate to live and practice in proximity to state-of-the-art Emergency Hospitals, Veterinary practitioners skilled across various specialty protocols, and the most current advances in diagnostics. I want my clients to have access to all of this for their pets. My strongest advice to clients is that they obtain pet insurance immediately, preemptively preparing for any major medical event that might occur.
To have your pet in need of specialty care and be limited by financial constraints is a heartbreak no pet owner should face. Pet insurance makes access possible! The most rewarding part of my career is the opportunity to be part of a pet’s journey with their family. To be entrusted with their care is an honor that I respect and treasure. When I’m not working, I revel in spending time with and caring for my horse Ichabod, who is now 35 years old!
I also love to combine my continuing education with my passion for travel, and as time permits, I enjoy yoga, dancing, walks in the park, bike riding, reading, and experiencing life by learning new things!
